1. A method, comprising: accessing crowd sourced content in a crowdsourced database and voting for a contestant or user that uploads content or data sets for the purpose of receiving votes to be awarded a desired outcome or prize, comprising content or data sets uploaded by a contestant and stored on a computer readable storage medium; establishing a contestant or user channel or portal for accessing the content and data sets by a user or viewer; establishing an expiration criteria for each contestant's channel or portal associated with the contestant or user's type of content or data uploaded; the size or amount of a desired prize or funding amount requested by the contestant or other content uploading user; assigning and grouping and limiting or restricting each contestant or uploading user specifically to their geographical state of residence or incorporation;
establishing domicile and expiration criteria on the contestant's or user's region, state, geographical location, city, state of incorporation, or other geographical based criteria; applying the established identifying information and objective requirements as metadata on the data sets which constitute the uploaded content; and allowing users to vote on the uploaded content or data sets; controlling the number of votes a user may make; and limit the number of votes a contestant or uploading user may receive; establishing the number of votes a user may cast in a state, region, or defined geographical area; establish controls on the voter whereas the voting rights are partially determined by the metadata embedded on the contributed content within the App and partial control by the server over the voting rules for every user and contributing user; establish a voting system for the contestant or uploading user to be advanced to a higher level of user access in the computer readable storage medium; assigning the higher level of access to a different or larger region such based on the number of votes a contestant or uploading user receives, enabling a contestant or uploading user to pay a fee for each additional state, region, or assigned geographical area, or increased number of plays on rotation, or more prominent exposure, display, marketing, promotion and other valuable consideration that the contestant or uploading user is enabled, attaching the user fee payment information, uploading rights and other placement and ranking establishing data to the data set as metadata; using the App to view the streamed content decoded in a buffer with the attached controlling metadata to establish control over the user's ability to view the content or data sets, upload content or data sets for viewing, control voting on the contributed content by voters assigned to an established state, country, geographical area, or region; establishing levels of advancement based on a group, or total of all the established cities, states, geographical areas or regions; establishing the number of votes a user may make at each level of advancement; reduce the number of contestants or uploading users at the higher or highest level of advancement; establish that all or a limited number of users may vote for contestants or uploading users at the highest level of advancement; and award an established award, prize, cash, or other type of valuable consideration. |
