<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a reverse characteristic filter which faithfully corrects a large peak/dip when there is the large peak/dip in frequency amplitude characteristics from a speaker to a listening position, in a sound reproduction system. <P>SOLUTION: A first correction coefficient holding part 3 in the sound reproduction system sets a first correction coefficient for suppressing amplitude of the peak/dip in transmission characteristics in a filter 2 as a filter coefficient at the listening position 13 when transmission characteristics of the filter 2 or both filters 2, 5 are considered as 1. A second correction coefficient holding part 5 holds a second correction coefficient based on reverse characteristics of the transmission characteristics from a speaker 10 which takes into consideration the frequency amplitude characteristics to be attained by the filter 2 obtained when a switching selection part 8 selects the side of the filter 2 to the receiving position 13, and outputs the second correction coefficient to the filter 5 as the filter coefficient. When the switching selection part 8 switches to the side of the filter 5, the filter 5 processes a convolutional operation with an audio signal outputted by the filter 2 to be outputted to the switching selection part 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
