VENTILATION MEMBER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an internal pressure control function of a ventilation member by a method other than improvement in the ventilation performance of a ventilation sheet or enlargement in area of the sheet.

SOLUTION: The ventilation member 13 includes the ventilation sheet 6 and a support 11 having a through hole 11h. One of openings of the through hole 11h is closed by the sheet 6. The support 11 has an annular opening end surface 12 in parallel with the in-plane direction of the sheet 6 as a surface for attaching the sheet 6. The sheet 6 is fusion-bonded with the support 11 in an outer peripheral region of the opening end surface 12, and an annular fusion-bonded part is formed. The sheet 6 is not fusion-bonded to the support 11 in an inner peripheral region 12k of the end surface 12 surrounded by the fusion-bonded part.
