A method for the dry coke quenching comprises the dosing charging of coke into the coke cooler chamber, the supply of the coke from the coke cooler chamber to the device for the continuous unloading of coke, outlet of the cooler into the circulating system, outlet of the residual volume of the cooler from the circulating system of the cooler, the circulation of gas mixture with simultaneous dedusting of coke in the mentioned device, unloading of coke to the transporter. The outlet of residual volume of the cooler from the circulating system of the cooler is realized into the additional exhaust-heat boiler, where the residual volume of the cooler is baked with subsequent utilization of heat of the exit gases. |
