MANUFACTURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN DECORATIVE BOARD

PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin decorative board excellent in decorativeness by performing transfer printing with foaming ink when a synthetic resin molded object passes and expanding and drying the ink by the remaining heat of the molded object itself. CONSTITUTION:A molded object 1 is made of a flat plate 3 provided with a printing surface 2 which is extruded from a die 7 set on an extrusion molding machine and can be flattened on a heat-accumulated and softened part and the molded object is introduced into and passed through the gap between a rotary screen printing roll 8 and a press roll 9 to flatten temporarily the printing surface 2 of the molded object 1 and to conduct a copy printing in foaming ink 12 which flows by a squeeze 10 from within the rotary screen printing roll 8 through a network 11. The copy-printed foaming ink 12 foams and dries gradually by the accumulated heat of the molded object 1 itself and makes a rugged solid pattern 6 with the advance of the molded object. Then, when the molded object 1 is being sized, it is cooled and hardened without causing any deformation.
