PURPOSE: To obtain an inexpensive stripper mechanism capable of reducing a defect in copying quality and the wearing of a melt-sticking roll, with simple structure by forming a prescribed shape projection in one end part of a finger- like member and covering both surfaces of the member with specific thin films. CONSTITUTION: This stripper member is of a flat, thin and comparatively soft finger-like member 57 and a projection 58 formed to such a shape that one surface is projected and the other surface is recessed is formed in the vicinity of one end part and brought into contact with a printed board, when this printed board is stripped from a melt-sticking member. The finger-like member 57 is constituted so that both surfaces are covered with smooth thin films 71 and 72 with small surface energy. In the stripper mechanism by such a constitution, the defect in the copying quality and the wearing of the melt-sticking roll 52 can be reduced regardless of simple and inexpensive structure. |
