PURPOSE:To prevent the weld of a molded body from swelling by a method wherein a sliding member is arranged in an opening, which is provided on one of mold surfaces at the meeting part of molding materials in a cavity for molding orientating filler-containing molding material under the condition that the energizing force of energizing members, which project the sliding member, is set to be smaller than the pressure of the molding material. CONSTITUTION:At a movable mold 2, a core 3 is embedded in the meeting part of the flows of molding material. The core 3 consists of a first member 4 having a slide hole 40, a sliding member 5, which is slidably held in the slide hole 40, and a second member 6, which is fixed to the first member 4 and in which four energizing members 7 are held. On one end face of the first member 4, on the other end face of which an engaging hole 41 is formed so as to position the flange 50 of the sliding member therein, the slide hole 40 is opened. When injected molding materials meet, the sliding member goes down in the slide hole due to the inner pressure of the molding material. At the meeting part, since the flow of material changes clue to the movement of the sliding member, the orientation of filler changes, resulting in developing no swelling at the weld of an obtained molded body. |
