PURPOSE:To obtain in an excellent yield a highly resolvable ink jet recording head which is high in precision and high in reliability by a method wherein an ink feed pipe incorporated into a resinous member which feeds ink to an ink fluid route system, is fixed with an oscillating type supersonic wave. CONSTITUTION:Modified polyolefin ether (Noryl) is used as molding resin, and an ink feed pipe IP of stainless steel is incorporated into a molded ink feed member 600. By use of rotarily oscillating type supersonic welding, a heating point exists at a contact point with a hone, the ink feed pipe is melted from a contact surface, and deformed successively by pressurizing. The slash part indicates a part deformed by supersonic wave. In that case the ink feed pipe IP is so constructed as to be naturally centered by being attracted to a center of a weld groove as an additive effect. |
