PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a connecting structure small and lightweight, and reduce attenuation at a high frequency. SOLUTION: Two printed circuit boards 1 and 2 with through-holes 4 and 5 having lands 4a and 5a formed for connection to an earth conductor are arranged so as to face each other. Both ends of a shield pipe 3 with a collar 3a at an intermediate part are coupled to the through-holes 4 and 5, thereby connecting the earth conductor of each of the printed circuit boards 1 and 2. Also, an insulation sleeve 6 made of a material having a low dielectric constant or a low attenuation characteristic is pressed into the hollow part of the shield pipe 3. Furthermore, a rod terminal 7 is pressed into the insulation sleeve 6, thereby connecting both ends of the rod terminal 7 electrically to the signal lines 9a and 9b of the printed circuit boards 1 and 2. |
