PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a premolding to be molded into a container by compression molding without generating an error in a pericipal size such as height and inner and outer diameters of a neck. SOLUTION: An annular groove 12 is disposed on an inner peripheral edge of a support ring 10 formed at a neck 4 of a premolding 2. And, a size of the groove 12 of the neck 4 is changed together with a size of a blow molding unit 6 by changing synthetic resin material amount. The neck 4 is not changed in size except the groove 12, and the premolding 2 is compression molded.
