FIELD: medicine, particularly, non-medicamentous methods of treatment of hypertensive disease. SUBSTANCE: offered for patient is 10-day course of dietetics in combination with physical exercises and hardening according to original technique developed within the frame of invention. Particularly, as distinguished from other techniques, ratio includes fatty species of sea fish, lard and meat as sources of protein and indispensable polyunsaturated fatty acids. This leads to reduction of arterial pressure, normalization of characteristics of blood circulation and reduction of indices of lipid metabolism down to age norm that allows prolongation of remission period and causes no side-effects. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. |
