PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road guidance system in voice for visually handicapped persons, which is constructed especially on the Internet and in which the inputting/outputting of road guiding data is facilitated. SOLUTION: This system realizes a means which enables national-wide volunteers and supporters to register map data by language in a database from their own homes at convenient times by utilizing the Internet to construct the database having massive amounts of data relatively easily and, also, in which a visually handicapped person can utilize map data by abundant language with voice relatively easily by performing the connecting with the Internet from one's own home or a street corner at the convenient time of the person while using a personal computer- and the Internet-compatible portable telephone set. |
