PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the jetting direction with a simple and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: A long movable frame 14 is arranged and the nearly middle part is supported movably around a shaft 18 on a base table 12. A nozzle member 20a and a balance tank 22 are provided at both end of the movable frame 14 to supply water (a liquid) to the nozzle member 20a and the balance tank 22 through a main pipe 34 and branch pipes 36, 37. In the movable frame 14, the weight balance between nozzle member side and the balance tank side around the shaft 18 is set to rock the movable frame 14 around the shaft 18 in accordance with the storage and the discharge of water into and from the balance tank 22.
