PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the radiating performance of a part mounted on a control board. SOLUTION: A housing 18 comprises an upper large room 32, a lower small room 33 and a number of small holes 45 and 46 extending to the inside and outside. A large heating value part 63 is mounted on the part corresponding to the large room 32 of a circuit board 60, and a small heating value part 69 is mounted on the part corresponding to the small room 22 of the circuit board 60.
