PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training device which enables a user to cultivate the balance sensation of his or her body and to improve muscular strength. SOLUTION: This training device of a pseudo cycle type has a saddle 1 on which the user sits, a pair of pedals 2 which the user cycles and a supporting section 3 on which the saddle 1 and the pedals 2 are mounted. The supporting section 3 is made tiltable with respect to an installation surface.
