DOOR SAFETY DEVICE OF CLOTHES DRYER

PURPOSE: A door safety device in a clothes drying machine is provided to sense closing/opening state of a door by inputting low signal into two door sensing ports and to safely protecting a user by sensing opening or closing the door. CONSTITUTION: A door safety device for a clothes dryer comprises plural functional buttons inputting desirable drying condition; a power button turning on or off the clothes dryer; an operating button starting or stopping dry; a manipulating unit(50) having plural functional buttons; a door opening or closing sensing unit(60) detecting opening or closing the door; a control unit(70) outputting a control signal input from the manipulating unit; a heater(11) driven by the control unit; a motor rotating a drum by receiving the control signal output form the control unit; a drain fan rotated by the motor; a driving unit(90) controlling the heater to heat air absorbed in a drum; and a door switch(61) turned on/off according to opening or closing the door. Thereby, the door safety device for the clothes dryer protects a user by sensing opening or closing the door.
