SOLUTION: This boosting system charges a first capacitor 91e from a power source means 10, using a boosting means 90 composed of a plurality of capacitors and a switching element, and thereafter, this connects charged capacitors all in series to the power source means 10, and charges the capacitor on the next stage; or this combines the capacitors or the power source means 10 with each other, and outputs a boosted voltage to a power accumulating means 30. At this time, a charging time and a discharging time of the first capacitor 91e in a single cycle of a boosting action of the boosting means 90 are set equal. |
