PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the fraction defective of products in the lamination process by providing a separator whose surface is made of fibrous matrix core, and coating at least one of the of the matrix core surfaces with the porous polymer to prevent generation of brittleness. SOLUTION: A separator comprises two parts of the internal core matrix of fibrous homo polymer and the external coating of the second homo-polymer. The separator is manufactured by coating the fibrous polymer core matrix with the second polymer mixture containing the plasticizer of low melting point which is the non-aromatic solvent and acetone. A conductive fine porous layer to the lithium salt ion is formed by removing the plasticizer through heating under the vacuum condition. The extraction stage of the solvent can be dispensed with, the plasticizer can be recovered and recycled, extraction of the solvent can be omitted, and the hardening of the solvent which may cause the hardening property or brittleness in the final separator can be prevented. |
