<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive valve having a stable valving characteristic and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A slit 229 is provided to each boundary portion between adjacent recessed sections 224 on a film member 222 which is to be bonded to the plurality of recessed sections 224 formed on a substrate 221 to seal them. As a result of the above structure, only by placing the film member on a bonding/sealing face of the substrate, an amount of the film member slacking to each of the plurality of recessed sections formed on the substrate is adequately made uniform because each of the slits is opened when the bonding and sealing is carried out.
