PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure a photographing position and posture of a photographing device, or coordinates of an object, based on a photographed image varying time-serially, and to allow a small memory capacity of quick super resolution processing. SOLUTION: This processor/method acquires the series of photographed images photographed time-serially, extracts a feature point from the each photographed image, tracks the feature point to be correlated each other, selects an original image group of an image group for executing the super resolution processing, out of the series of correlated photographed images, extracts a main feature point as the feature point for executing the super resolution processing, from the feature point correlated in the original image group, sets a partial image in a small area in the periphery of the main feature point, forms a partial super resolution image by dividing the partial image into groups of a substantially equal moving amount of the feature point and by subjecting the partial image to the super resolution processing, and selects a stereo image from a photographed image group formed with the partial super resolution image, to be standardized and three-dimensional-measured.
