A connector housing and a connector assembly having the same are provided to prevent undesired separation between two connectors by external force or the other peripheral environment by preventing transform of a coupling lever of a housing body by using a transform preventing unit, thereby improving operational reliability of the connector assembly. A housing body(11) has a coupling lever(30) for coupling with a counter connector(100). A transform preventing unit(50) is firstly assembled in the housing body to be flexibly fixed, and secondly assembled in the housing body by the counter connector when being coupled with the counter connector. Therefore, the transform preventing unit supports one side of the coupling lever to prevent the coupling lever from being transformed.
