PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and sufficiently absorb the shock energy. SOLUTION: Load receiver portions 17 for respectively receiving a shock load are provided in plate surfaces 15a on both sides of a resin carrier plate main body 15 including a fiber reinforcing material. The load receiver portion 17 is structured of a bulk material of a plurality of plate-like projecting pieces 19 integrally provided with the plate surface 15a so as to be projected. The plate-like projecting pieces 19 respectively having a flat surface directed in a different direction from one another are arranged adjacent to one another. The adjacent plate-like projecting pieces having the flat surface parts directed in a different direction from one another are bent by the work of a shock load so as to interfere with one another.
