FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of construction materials and may find application in production of small-pieces colourful facing structural-heat insulation construction materials, in particular bricks or blocks. Two-layer facing stone contains colourful and structural-heat insulation main layers. The main layer contains the following ingredients, %: Portland cement M400D0-M500D0 - 15-35, haydite gravel - 3-65, sand for building works - 0-82. Face layer may contain the following ingredients, %: sand for building works with micron of 1.5-3.2 - 70-85, grey Portland cement M400D0-M500D0 - 15-30, pigment for concretes - 3-5 of Portland cement, or sand with micron of 1.5-3.2 - 80-85, white Portland cement M400D0-M500D0 - 15-20, pigment for concretes - 1-5 of Portland cement, or quartz sand of Zubtsovskoe deposit - 70-85, white Portland cement M400D0-M500D0 - 15-30, pigment for concretes - 0.25-3 of Portland cement, or quartz crumb - 70-85, white Portland cement M400D0-M500D0 - 15-30, pigment for concretes - 0.25-5 of Portland cement. Method for production of specified stone includes mixing of materials for the main and face layer, addition of water till moulding moisture, moulding by semi-dry vibration pressing with double-layer staged filling: filling of the main layer, its vibration and compaction, then filling of face layer, final moulding and hardening. ^ EFFECT: expansion of colour gamma, improved thermal properties, reduced water absorption, increased strength and frost resistance of stone. ^ 5 cl, 1 ex |
