The present invention relates to a piston type metering pump, configured to be the multi-stage rotary pump among the volumetric pumps to reduce pulsation. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing unit having a circular arc-shaped wall surface, wherein a first cylinder space and a second cylinder space which are parallel to each other are connected to form an inner space of a cylinder; a piston unit positioned in the first cylinder space and the second cylinder space to come in contact with the wall surface and having a first piston and a second piston which are connected by a partition; and a first power shaft and a second power shaft provided on each center of the first cylinder space and the second cylinder space and rotating the first piston and the second piston in the opposite directions.
