FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to inorganic coatings of multilayer composite materials, and can be used in machine building for producing high-temperature thermal-protective coating (HTTC) by gas thermal spraying, for example, plasma, on parts of turbine engine combustion chamber, as well as for fire-resistant coatings in special purposes. Heat-resistant coating for parts made from nickel-based alloys, comprises sublayer of nickel-based alloy and working layer, wherein sublayer is made of nickel-based alloy containing chromium, aluminium, yttrium, and working layer is made of clad nickel powder of zirconium dioxide stabilised 7-8 wt% yttrium oxide at following ratio of components in powder, wt%: nickel 33-37, zirconium dioxide stabilised 7-8 wt%, and yttrium oxide as rest. Coating can additionally contain intermediate layer made of nickel-based alloy and clad with nickel powder of zirconium dioxide stabilized by 7-8 wt% yttrium oxide, 0.1-0.15 mm thick.EFFECT: invention aims at extending range of operating conditions of thermal-protective coating by improving its quality.4 cl |
