A semiconductor device comprises: a data alignment unit configured to output parallel type data into serial type synchronization data in response to a pipe input signal, a pipe output signal, a rising clock, and a falling clock; a driving control unit configured to compare levels of respective bits of the synchronization data to generate a driving control signal; and a data output driving unit configured to vary a driving force in response to the driving control signal and drive the synchronization data with the driving force to output the synchronization data as output data. |
