The present invention discloses a clamping device, and a cell module comprising the same. The clamping device can reduce the number of the screw coupling parts of long bolts in a lower plate, a battery laminate, and an upper plate which are successively stacked, and is suitable for harmoniously coupling the lower plate, the battery laminate, and the upper plate through the long bolts. The clamping device according to the present invention includes a support part; and pressing parts which protrude from one end and the other end of the support part, respectively. The support part and the pressing parts have a band shape and define a bent part along the center region of an outer surface. The pressing part includes a locking hole crossing the bent part.
