The present invention relates to an air electric turbine, a fan and a stopping system installed in an air, water, steam integral jet propulsor using a steam turbine and horizontal level water tanks and an engine shaft, a horizontal system, and a steering device for adjusting a direction for a boat, a submarine, and a ship, which improves the stability of a boat, a submarine, and a ship and can be applied to the air, water, steam, integral jet propulsor. An auxiliary pulley is installed in a steering unit. Small protruding cylinders are installed in a pulley at uniform intervals instead of the sawteeth of a gear. One end of torsion springs is located between the small protruding cylinders and is fixed to a protruding rod having the same height as the auxiliary pulley in the side of the auxiliary pulley. |
