Substd. ureas in amounts of 1-25%, calc. on pigment to be processed, are added during optional stage of finishing process of coarse phthalocyanine to finished pigment. - Preferred substd. ureas are sym. -dimethyl, -diethyl, -diphenyl, -dimethyldiphenyl and particularly -diethyldiphenyl urea, asymmetrical.dimethyldiphenyl urea and phenyl ureas. - Uses are polygraphy, dyes, lacquers, paints, colouring plastics and rubber.
