<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind force power generating system which is constructed small in size and performs power generation with a high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The wind force power generating system comprises a rotor 32 in which the diameter of each blade is made 10<SP>-4</SP>-10<SP>-1</SP>m using the microelectro-mechanical system manufacturing technique or the like and a cylindrical dielectric substance layer 31 rotating together with a moving blade 23 is provided at the tip of each moving blade 23 and a stator 34 provided with a plurality of electrodes 33 in positions a certain distance apart from the dielectric substance layer 31. Every second electrodes 33 are coupled electrically so that three bunches of electrodes 33a, 33b, 33c are formed, and an electrostatic induction type generator is accomplished. A plurality of such power generating systems are installed on a transporting means such as a car, a railroad car, an airplane, etc., or a bottom between buildings, along a highway, at a bridge, in an airport, etc., and the power generation is performed in a small size and with a high efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
