LEASE BUSINESS METHOD WITH OPTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease business of an article with an option provided with a loss risk hedge function in a case where a business results of a lease contractor correlates to weather and decrease of profit due to bad influence of an abnormal weather is anticipated on a communication network.

SOLUTION: A processing part of a lease company server specifys a business type of a user leasing the article and abnormal weather conditions influencing results of business badly during a leasing period in relation to the business type based on data stored in a record part for an inquiry of an article lease inputted to an input part of the lease company server from a user terminal via a communication network, and calculates a loss risk hedge charge hedging risk of loss generated in relation to determined abnormal weather conditions, and outputs lease contract information including the abnormal weather conditions and loss risk hedge charge to the user terminal from the output part.
