<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the whole ordering service to quickly perform process design, design related to member preparation, a cost calculation and a delivery time answer. <P>SOLUTION: An RBMS server 5 applies a rule to information inputted by an orderer, extracts only a necessary item from a back database 6, and outputs it to an orderer terminal 10. Accordingly, since the items to be inputted by the orderer can be remarkably minimized, the efficiency of the whole ordering service is improved.
