PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new phthalocyanine compound, ink for ink jet and ink jet recording method capable of forming image excellent in hue, light resistance and ozone gas resistance, and provide various coloring compositions such as an ink sheet in a heat-sensitive recording material excellent in hue and fastness, a color toner for electrophotography and a color filter and exhibit a method for strengthening oxidation resistance of image. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a phthalocyanine compound obtained by substituting at least one position of 1-16 positions with a substituted sulfamoyl group (the substituent group is >=2C, particularly aryl group), a coloring composition obtained by using the compound, ink, particularly for ink jet, an ink jet recording method using the ink and further a method for making image strong under oxidizing environment by utilizing the recording method. |
