IMAGE DISPLAY RECORDING LIQUID AND IMAGE RECORDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment friendly image recording method in which an image of high image quality can be formed because of stabilized ejection and high coloring properties and a high speed system can be realized, and an image display recording liquid for use therein. SOLUTION: The image recording method displays an image by producing drops of an image display recording liquid comprising water and water insoluble fine particles depending on a print pulse and then moving the liquid drops onto the surface of a recording medium wherein the image display recording liquid is ejected from the free surface thereof to produce liquid drops having size of 0.1-5 pl. The image display recording liquid comprises water and water insoluble fine particles wherein the water insoluble fine particles are at least any one of fine pigment particles, fine resin particles and fine inorganic particles having volume average particle diameter of 0.01-5 μm.
