PURPOSE:To enable formation of an oil groove on the inner surface of a race, by a method wherein a bushing whose external circumferential surface consisting of a circular arc surface corresponding to a spherical surface of a roller and having a plurality of concave grooves provided on its internal circumferential surface is pressed under a state of fitting the roller in the bushing for holding the roller. CONSTITUTION:A groove 5 is provided in an axial direction or bias on an internal surface of a cylindrical bushing 4 in which a roller 1 is fitted, an external surface of the bushing 4 is formed in a concave arc surface 6 so that it almost corresponds to a spherical surface part 2 of the roller 1, and the center part is made so that it becomes thin. Plastic deformation of the internal surface of the cylindrical bushing 4 is made so that it corresponds to the spherical surface 2 of the roller 1 and a case 7 is formed so that the roller 1 is held rotatable by pressing and molding the cylindrical bushing 4 in which roller 1 is fitted. The case 7 and a housing 9 are caulked and fixed to each other by fitting the case 7 in a fixing hole of the housing 9 and pressing them. |
