The present invention relates to a multilayer or homogeneous alloy deposition from an intimate mixture of a plurality of pulverulent metals in each source of evaporation of a vacuum installation by Joule effect. It also relates to a specific alloy deposition obtained as a function of the vaporized mixture which forms an armour against electromagnetic fields, and it also relates to substrates thus treated for the protection of living or inert materials and also relates to the device allowing to obtain by consecutive evaporations during the same vacuum cycle a predetermined thickness of the metal mixture deposition with additions of intermediary evaporated products. To this effect, the evaporation sources (4) are supplied by the pourers (13) of cups (11) filled with products to be evaporated and going and coming on rails (10) according to the selected sequence. |
