PURPOSE:To uniformly spray a specified high viscous lubricant to a rolling roll by installing an accumulator between a high pressure plunger pump connected to the tank in, which a specified high viscous lubricant is stored and a nozzle directed to a rolling roll. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator 6 is set up on a piping 4 located between the tank 2 stored with the lubricant of high viscosity where an iron oxide powder is dispersed at <30wt.% in a viscous water solution and one or plural nozzles 3. The high viscous lubricant of the tank 2 inside is forcibly fed by a plunger pump 5 and uniformly fed to a work roll 1 from the nozzle 3. Also, a piping 9 is connected to the piping 4 of the nozzle 3 side via a valve 11 and by feeding-in a water and high pressure steam a flushing is performed, the lubricant in the piping is removed and the clogging of the nozzle 3 is eliminated. |
