摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a zinc-diffused aluminum/zinc combined film by means of thermal spraying, and equipment for performing this method. SOLUTION: A low-pressure layer is generated by means of blast air from an annular slit, and a zinc wire and an aluminum wire are continuously supplied into the low-pressure layer. By a high frequency electric current supplied from a constant-voltage, constant-current power source, respective tips of the zinc wire and the aluminum wire are continuously subjected to high frequency arc melting at a temperature between 420 deg.C (as the melting point of zinc) and 1,150 deg.C. In this way, the diffusion of zinc ions is initiated on the molten aluminum particle side within a static arc where a zinc-ion atmosphere is stably maintained.
