PURPOSE:To enable long-term storage and renewal of shape, compared with a conventional product by hermetically sealing and packing KAMABOKO(boiled fish paste) into a container to provide a container-housed KAMABOCO. CONSTITUTION:Ground meat as KAMABOCO ram material 3 composed mainly of fish meat is hermetically sealed and packed into an airtight container 1 and heat-treated. Thereby, a product capable of giving new shape which does not exist hitherto and withstanding long-term storage can be obtained by changing design of the container. |
