摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire data for estimating the aerodynamic performance of a structure accurately by making two swinging triangular plates swing horizontally while an angle formed by both horizontal edge sides thereof is kept constant on the bottom thereof. SOLUTION: Two symmetrical swinging triangular plates 2a and 2b of right- angled triangle are fitted to a perpendicular shaft 1 along the vertical edge side of a fixed triangular plate 4. The plates 2a and 2b are allowed to swing around an axial line along the common vertical edge side while an angleθformed by both horizontal edge sides on the bottom is kept constant. When the plates 2a and 2b are swung horizontally at a constant angle through a driving mechanism driven by a pulse motor 16, a main stream 5 within a wind tunnel is influenced by a spire 40 and it is crooked in a wide range of wind passage width, so that the scale length (size of turbulence) of turbulence in a horizontal direction against the wind flow direction within the wind tunnel can be made larger.
