PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic compsn. which can be used in application areas where a low alkalinity, such as a pH of about 10.5 or below, is required though it does not exhibit a high solidification strength and which is useful esp., as a solidifying agent for vegetation soil and as a soil conditioner. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 20-60 mass % portland cement, 10-40 mass % having having a Blaine value of 3,000 cm<2> /g or higher, 5-20 mass % anhydrous gypsum having a Blaine value of 2,000-10,000 cm<2> /g, 10-40 mass % calcium superphoshpate, and 5-20 mass % amorphous alumina. Soil solidified with the compsn. and having an age of 7 days exhibits a strength of 0.9-5.8 kgf/cm<2> in a monoaxial compression test and has a pH of 9.6-10.4. |
