PURPOSE: A device is provided to remove residuals at the nails with an ultrasonic wave and acetone in a container body. CONSTITUTION: The device for removing an artificial nail(14) and an adhesive(16) from the nail(12) comprises:a container body(28) provided in a case(20) for containing a defined solution; an ultrasonic wave generator(21) provided in the container body(28) for vibrating the solution in the container body(28) to generate a minute wave motion; and a key pad(29) for determining and operating the vibration of the solution. The key pad(29) has a time setting device for setting an operation time of the ultrasonic wave generator(21). The device further comprises a wavelength and temperature regulator for regulating the strength of the wavelength of the ultrasonic wave and the temperature of the solution. The device is an artificial nail removing device in the case where the solution contained in the container body(28) is a nail removing solvent. The device is a nail massaging device when the solution contained in the container body(28) is a hand lotion or hand cream.
