Extractor and sampler comprises a porous porcelain pyrometric capsule (3) with one end (4) of smaller diameter for attaching to a tube (5) of an inert material. The tube is sealed by a stopper (6) with two bores (7, 8), one with a tube (9) for connecting to a vacuum pump and the other fitted with a capillary suction tube (10).
