PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify dropping speed of transfusion safely, securely and substantially. SOLUTION: An automatic control type portable instillator has a pressing bag 11 which receives a transfusion bag 3, an air pump 24 which supplies air for pressing to the pressing bag 11, a pressure sensor 22 which detects pressure in the pressing bag 11, a drop counter 61 which is provided at a drip cylinder 6 so as to count dropping quantity of transfusion, a clamp device 8 which is provided at a transfusion tube 5 so as to control quantity of transfusion and a controller 30 which generates a signal that controls the air pump 24 and/or the clamp device 8 by dint of inputting output of the pressure sensor 22 and/or the drop counter 61. The controller 30 compares pressure P in the pressing bag 11 with standard pressure P0 and also compares a measured dripping count number N with a standard count number N0. In the case of P<P0 and/or N<N0, the air pump 24 is operated and/or the clamp device 8 is opened and in the case of P>=P0 and/or N>=N0, the air pump 24 is stop and/or the clamp device 8 is tightend. |
