PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which can be easily disposed of, friendly to the nature, and can be recycled. SOLUTION: A film 2 is adhered to an inner surface of a paper tray 1 and integrally formed into a container main body 3. With such an arrangement as above, a certain strength is applied with the tray 1, a water-proof characteristic is realized by the film 2, thereby an amount of use of non-ignitable film material is reduced. A sidewall 6 of the tray is folded to form either a mountain-shape or a valley-shape at a proper position in a circumferential continuous direction under its developed state, and the sidewall is raised up while its partial regions are being overlapped (overlapped portions 6a). Then, the tray 1 and the film 2 are adhered to each other in such a way that they can be peeled off from each other, thereby when they are wasted, the tray 1 and the film 2 are separated, the film 2 can be wasted as non-ignitable material and the tray 1 can be wasted as ignitable material, or they can be classified by every material quality, resulting in that its recycling can be easily carried out.
