PRODUCTION OF POLYOLEFIN DECORATIVE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency at a time when a lamination type decorative sheet is produced from a polyolefinic resin and to obtain sufficient unevenness by embossing processing. SOLUTION: A pattern layer 3 is preformed on a transparent polyolefin resin sheet 4 and a colored polyolefin resin sheet 2 is extruded to be applied and laminated to the pattern layer. Thereafter, the obtained laminate is heated to be subjected to embossing processing to form uneveness 5 to the laminate. Further, the recessed parts of the laminate are filled with a coloring material 6 and a transparent resin protective layer 7 is laminated to the laminate according to circumstances.
