PURPOSE: A phase arrangement apparatus of a transport system is provided, which performs the arrangement by synchronizing a frame pulse transported from a transport system to a system clock. CONSTITUTION: The phase arrangement apparatus comprises a data width extension part(410) and a clock generation part(420) and a data arrangement part(430). The data width extension part receives a 51MHz data and a clock and a frame pulse transported from a B node and then extends a width of data to 6MHz, and also performs a counting operation. The clock generation part receives a 51MHz data and a clock and a frame pulse of an A node and then generates a clock and a frame pulse of 6MHz, and also performs a counting operation. The data arrangement part receives data from the data width extension part and the clock and the frame pulse from the clock generation part, and arranges data by the clock and the frame pulse.
