PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low inductance structured thin-film capacitor capable of being packaged and laminated easily. SOLUTION: The thin-film capacitor comprises capacitance generating regions A, B, and C juxtaposed at prescribed intervals comprising first electrode layers 2 under dielectric layers 1 and second electrode layers 3 above dielectric layers 1, a plurality of a first terminal electrode layer 4 connecting the first electrode layers 2 each other and a plurality of a second terminal electrode layer 5 connecting the second electrode layers 3 each other are arranged alternately at prescribed intervals, the first terminal electrode layers 4 arranged at one end of the capacitance generation region A, B, and C and the second terminal electrode layers 5 arranged at the other end of the capacitance generating region A, B, and C are arranged opposite to each other, and an outside terminal 7 provided to the first terminal electrode layer 4 and the second terminal electrode layer 5.
