PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the lowering of reading speed for the data in which the lowering causes a problem by a linear alternate processing of an alternate sector processing for the secondary defect sector of an optical disk. SOLUTION: In the case of recording a file 13 inside a storage device 6 on an optical disk 3, if the data to be recorded is such data that the lowering of reading speed causes a problem during reproduction from the optical disk, the recording of the file 13 onto the optical disk 3 is done by avoiding recording on the linear alternate sector.
