<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to send opinions, questionnaires, complaints, or other information to a company, etc., via an electronic mail(e-mail), etc., without paying a communication charge. SOLUTION: When transmitting the e-mail from a user terminal to a charge- free e-mail address set previously to each information recipient in response to an access request from the user terminal connected to the Internet, the number of transmitting times to the charge-free e-mail address from the user terminal is counted to calculate a reduced charge for reducing a communication line using charge from the counted number of times and a reduced charge unit price set in advance by each charge-free e-mail address. Then, by transmitting calculated reduced charge data of each information recipient to a communication line provider, the communication line using charge concerning information transmission to the charge-free e-mail address can be requested to each information recipient.</p> |
